About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Content Writer to support content production across two brands: Kualitatem, a QA and software testing services company serving enterprise, banking, government, and SaaS clients, and Kualitee, an AI-powered test management platform built for QA managers, engineers, and developers. The role covers SEO blogs, landing pages, guest posts, and occasional LinkedIn copy. The writer produces grounded, research-backed content and adapts tone across two distinct audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Write SEO blogs, landing pages, and guest posts for Kualitatem and Kualitee.
• Research technical QA and software testing topics and explain them accurately without inventing facts.
• Apply on-page SEO: keyword placement, search intent, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, and readable structure.
• Adapt tone across audiences, CTO and enterprise buyers for Kualitatem, and QA managers, engineers, and developers for Kualitee.
• Draft occasional LinkedIn copy to support both brand pages.
• Use AI tools as a support aid, then edit and fact-check drafts so output reads human and stays accurate.
• Source every claim properly and follow the team's writing standards.
• Manage multiple deadlines across parallel content projects.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 1 year of content writing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or tech.
• Strong command of English with clean, plain declarative writing.
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals.
• Ability to write across formats: SEO blogs, landing pages, guest posts, and LinkedIn copy.
• Ability to research a technical topic and explain it accurately, with sourced claims.
• Uses AI tools as support, not as the writer. Able to edit and fact-check AI drafts rather than publish them raw.
• Adapts tone across two audiences: enterprise buyers and technical QA practitioners.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with QA, software testing, or test management concepts, or clear willingness to learn them fast.
• Experience with guest posting and outreach for link-building.
• Basic comfort with WordPress.
• Exposure to tools such as Ahrefs, Surfer, or Google Search Console.

Soft Skills

• Takes direction and feedback without ego.
• Manages multiple deadlines across parallel projects.
• Asks questions when a brief is unclear instead of guessing.
