Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Manual / AI Test Analysts with strong expertise in manual testing, exploratory testing, and defect management. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing activities, supporting audit processes, and collaborating with business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

This role requires excellent analytical skills, experience with web and mobile applications, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform exploratory, ad-hoc, and usability testing.
• Conduct Arabic UI testing to ensure localization quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collect audit evidence and perform gap analysis.
• Track audit findings and support corrective action follow-ups.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Conduct UAT awareness sessions and facilitate pre-deployment approvals.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and defect reports using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• ISTQB Foundation Certification.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience with defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of audit processes and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in UAT planning and execution is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools or AI testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
