Lead and coordinate the data collection and entry team supporting CLIENT's IBM Maximo data digitization program for new substations. The role is responsible for establishing structured workflows, managing contractor engagement, ensuring data quality, and delivering timely progress reports to both Laborelec management and the client. This is a 6-month assignment with scope for extension, serving as the operational bridge between the data entry team, CLIENT stakeholders, and Laborelec project leadership.
1. Team Management: Supervise and guide the CMMS Data Entry Specialist(s); allocate daily tasks, monitor individual and team progress, and ensure SLA adherence and quality standards.
2. Process Design & Standardization: Develop and maintain standardized workflows for contractor outreach, Excel data collection template management, data validation checkpoints, and Maximo transcription procedures.
3. Contractor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for substation contractors; manage follow-ups, resolve data quality issues, and escalate outstanding data submissions.
4. Data Quality & Governance: Establish data quality checkpoints and audit mechanisms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data entered into Maximo. Maintain data governance compliance per CLIENT and ENGIE standards.
5. Client Interface & Reporting: Participate in regular status meetings with CLIENT stakeholders; prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, completion rates, error rates, and turnaround metrics.
6. Automation Readiness: Collaborate with Laborelec and CLIENT IT teams to define requirements for future automated XLS-to-Maximo upload processes, ensuring current manual data structures support future automation.
7. Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate data collection risks including incomplete contractor responses, data format inconsistencies, system access issues, and resource bottlenecks.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
• Working knowledge of IBM Maximo or equivalent CMMS (SAP PM, Oracle EAM, etc.)

• Project planning and task tracking skills (Gantt charts, action trackers, dashboards)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Experience
Essential:
• 3–5 years of experience in data management, project coordination, or CMMS administration
• Experience managing small teams or coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows
• Experience working with structured datasets, data quality assurance, and reporting
Desired:
• Experience in the utilities, power generation, or energy sector
• Previous experience with IBM Maximo implementation or data migration projects
• Experience working in KSA or the Middle East region
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
Qualifications
Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field
• Valid KSA Iqama (preferred) or willingness to relocate to KSA (can be mobilized from Pakistan)
Desired:
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Certification in data management or CMMS administration
• Six Sigma or Lean certification (Green Belt or above)
