Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Software Quality Assurance (SQA) – AI Batch Program. This opportunity is designed for candidates who want to build expertise in software testing, AI application validation, automation testing, and quality engineering practices.

Selected candidates will work alongside QA Engineers, Developers, and AI teams to ensure software applications and AI-powered systems meet quality, usability, performance, and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing for web, mobile, and AI-powered applications
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and checklists
• Identify, document, and track defects using QA tools
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing
• Validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, consistency, and edge cases
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman
• Assist in automation testing and script execution
• Participate in requirement analysis and sprint activities
• Prepare testing reports and maintain QA documentation
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
• Ensure quality standards before deployment and release 

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Related disciplines
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–6 months experience

Required Skills

• Understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Basic knowledge of Software Testing Concepts
• Familiarity with:
  • Manual Testing
  • Defect Life Cycle
  • Test Case Writing
  • API Testing (basic)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly 

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of:
  • Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
  • Jira or defect management tools
  • SQL basics
  • REST APIs
  • AI/LLM testing concepts
  • Automation fundamentals
