Technical Business Analyst – Banking Transformation
DESCRIPTION:
Role Overview
The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing banking processes, supporting solution design, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and ensuring successful implementation of banking transformation initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 6–8 years of total professional experience
- Minimum 4 years of Banking experience (Mandatory)
- Experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Retail Banking
- Corporate Banking
- Cards
- Lending
- KYC
- Account Opening
- Payments
- Digital Banking
- Strong experience with:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- User Stories
- BPMN Modelling
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Good understanding of:
- APIs
- System Integrations
- Data Flows
- System Architecture
- Experience working on Banking Transformation or Digital Banking projects
- Based in Pakistan with willingness to travel frequently to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

- Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
