We are looking for a Finance Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the organization. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with payment processing, supporting reconciliations, and ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting entries in the system.
Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents for payments.
Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks under supervision.
Perform bank, vendor, payroll, and intercompany reconciliations and report any discrepancies.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Support senior team members in preparing reports and data.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for routine accounting matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance function.
