About Position
Title: Pre Sales Solution Architect
Pre Sales Solution Architect is an engineering and solution building role who will be responsible for driving business growth by providing technical expertise, building customized solutions/proposals, and building strong understanding of client’s challenges and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and qualify client requirements: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities and create customized technical solutions/proposals for prospective clients.
- Design technical solutions: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. Work Closely with technical delivery teams for devising optimal solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations: Showcase the company's software quality assurance and information security solutions to clients.
- Provide consultation and assistance to customers: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the solution’s acceptance process.
- Defining technical requirements and developing project plans: Define technical requirements for the customers and help develop project plans for completion within time and budget.
- Evaluating and selecting tools and technologies: Select tools and technologies appropriate for meeting client requirements and ensuring solution success.
- Coordinate with product management and engineering teams: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver proof-of-concepts and prototypes for prospective customers.
- Also ensure alignment between customer needs and the company's solution offerings.
- Provide feedback and input to the engineering team on market trends and customer needs to guide services and offerings roadmap decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's or master’s degree in a computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Technical Experience: Must have at least 3 years of experience working in Quality Assurance domain, with additional experience of working in a similar role
- Technical expertise: Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel for developing, formatting, and managing high-quality proposal documents.
- Leadership skills: Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure that everyone is working together towards common goals.
- Analytical skills: Excellent Analytical Skills to understand client requirements and effectively map them to our services.
- Technical Writing skills: Should be able to express ideas effectively in writing to prepare technical proposal documents and services content.
- Customer focus: Understand the needs of customers and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Customer-focused mindset to build strong relationships.
- Industry knowledge: Understanding of the industry they work in, including competitors, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Problem-solving skills: Identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
