Position Overview

The Sr. SQAE (Team Lead)  is a senior delivery-focused role responsible for managing end-to-end testing activities across core lending systems with strong emphasis on Kastle platform implementations and integrations. 

This is a critical role from a test management, coordination, governance, and delivery perspective, requiring ownership of QA strategy, planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment across complex, multi-system environments. 

The role involves validating end-to-end lending workflows, integrations, and data consistency across systems, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational quality standards. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Own end-to-end QA delivery across core lending systems and Kastle implementations 
• Define test strategy, planning, scope, timelines, and governance across releases 
• Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple teams, modules, and stakeholders 
• Drive test execution covering functional, regression, integration, and UAT cycles 
• Validate end-to-end lending workflows across sub-domains including: 
  • Personal Finance 
  • SME Financing 
  • Islamic Banking 
  • Credit Cards 
  • Auto Lease 
• Ensure validation of integration systems and API-driven workflows 
• Oversee data migration validation and reconciliation activities across systems 
• Manage defect lifecycle including triage, prioritization, and closure governance 
• Provide QA status reporting, dashboards, risk assessment, and executive updates 
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations 
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive timely resolution 
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, and external vendors 
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation, and delivery practices 
• Leverage AI tools for requirement analysis, test design, reporting, and dashboards

Experience 

• 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing 
• Strong experience in test management, coordination, and delivery ownership 
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Core Lending Systems 
• Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Kastle platform 
• Strong domain knowledge across: 
  • Personal Finance 
  • SME Financing 
  • Islamic Banking 
  • Credit Cards 
  • Auto Lease 
• Experience in integration systems and API-driven architectures 
• Proven experience in data migration validation and reconciliation 
• Experience managing SIT, UAT, and release cycles 
• Experience working in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall environments 
• Experience in large-scale, multi-system implementations
