Marketing & Executive Operations Associate

DESCRIPTION:

About Kualitatem:

Kualitatem is a global Consulting, Audit and Assurance company specializing in Software Quality Assurance, Information Security, Technology Process Optimization Cloud Infrastructure. Kualitatem is a TMMi Level 5, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and SOC2 certified company.

About Kualitatem & Kualitee:

Kualitatem is a TMMi Level 5 certified, independent software testing and cybersecurity services company, headquartered in London and New York with delivery hubs serving clients across banking, fintech, healthcare, AI, and government. Our 250+ ISTQB-certified engineers serve names like GE Healthcare, Google, Microsoft, and FedEx.

Kualitee is our AI-powered test management SaaS platform — recognized as a G2 Spring 2026 Leader with 54 badges all across — built on 16 years of real-world QA expertise. Together, Kualitatem and Kualitee form a full-stack QA ecosystem: expert human-led services plus AI-powered tooling.

About the Role:

We are hiring a Marketing & Executive Operations Associate to sit at the intersection of brand, content, community, and executive support. You will report into the Head of Growth and act as the project manager on the marketing team — keeping our voice on LinkedIn, G2, and Clutch sharp, consistent, and on-brand, and keeping every workflow tight and detail-perfect.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role, not a managerial one. Using AI to run day-to-day tasks — research, drafting, outreach, scheduling, reporting — is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have. The non-negotiable soft skills are extreme attention to detail, high alertness, the instinct to think ahead, and strong problem-solving. Every piece of copy that goes out — every ad, post, comment, and email — must be precise, appealing, and on time. The top two priorities of the role are community building and outreach; everything else flows from there.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Building & Social Media

Build and maintain the cross-channel content calendar (LinkedIn primary; X, YouTube, and others as needed) for both Kualitatem and Kualitee brand pages.

Schedule, publish, and QA every post — verifying tags, links, UTM parameters, hashtags, image specs, and accessibility.

Drive organic LinkedIn growth on the Kualitatem and Kualitee company pages — follower count, engagement rate, post reach, and inbound conversations.

Build and nurture an engaged community of QA talent (engineers, SDETs, QA leads, ISTQB-certified professionals) around Kualitatem's brand presence — through content, comments, polls, and conversation.

Cultivate relationships with senior buyer personas (CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of QA) on LinkedIn — surfacing them in comments, engaging with their posts, and pulling them into our community.

Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions across all owned channels; reply in-voice within agreed SLAs and escalate sensitive items to the Head of Growth.

Show up consistently in industry conversations (QA, AI testing, cybersecurity) to build community visibility, share point of view, and surface inbound leads.

2. Review, Directory & Affiliation Marketing Outreach

Own end-to-end Clutch and G2 reviewer outreach: identify advocates, draft personalized outreach, manage incentives, track responses, and close the review loop.

Own affiliation and partnership marketing outreach — identify, prospect, and onboard affiliates, referral partners, and ecosystem partners; manage the relationship calendar, briefs, co-marketing assets, and tracking links.

Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to surface review-ready clients and protect Kualitee's G2 Spring 2026 Leader standing across Small Business and Mid-Market.

Track sentiment and partner performance, surface review and affiliation insights to the Head of Growth weekly, and recommend responses for any negative or neutral reviews.

3. Content Creation & Copywriting

Write high-conversion copy for LinkedIn ads, sponsored posts, and paid campaigns supporting Kualitatem (services) and Kualitee (SaaS).

Draft posts, comment threads, and personal-brand content for senior sales leadership and C-levels — capturing each individual's distinct voice.

Produce on-brand copy for the Kualitatem and Kualitee corporate channels, including announcements, product updates, case studies, and event content.

4. Project Management, Tracking & Reporting

Run the marketing project tracker end-to-end — every post, ad, review push, and campaign has an owner, a due date, and a status that is current.

Anticipate the needs of the team, the brand, and the executives — pre-empt content asks, conference posts, hiring announcements, partnership launches, and industry milestones so nothing is rushed at the last minute.

Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Marketing, Design, and external agencies/vendors so nothing slips between the cracks.

Maintain meticulous documentation: brand voice guidelines, content libraries, post archives, reviewer trackers, and approval logs.

Report weekly to the Head of Growth on content performance, review velocity, community engagement, and follower/page growth.

Track LinkedIn ad performance, A/B test creative and copy, and recommend budget allocation.

Surface insights, not just numbers — translate metrics into clear next actions.

What We're Looking For:

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience spanning copywriting, social media, community building, and project coordination — with at least 3 years inside a B2B SaaS, professional services, IT, or technology business.

Native or near-native English. Can produce a 6-line LinkedIn ad or a 250-word executive post that is on-brand and ready to publish within 30 minutes, without leaning on a template.

Extremely AI-fluent. Uses ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent tools every working day. Maintains a personal prompt library and lightweight workflows for drafting, research, and outreach. Has clear judgment on when to override AI output and when to trust it.

Has personally grown a B2B LinkedIn company page or executive account by at least 50% in followers and at least 2× in engagement within a 12-month window — with live, public links to prove it.

2+ years operating a G2, Clutch, TrustRadius, or comparable B2B review platform. Has personally driven 30+ verified reviews and can walk through their outreach scripts, incentive logic, and reviewer pipeline in detail during interview.

Has owned at least one affiliation, partnership, or referral marketing program end-to-end — from prospecting and onboarding through tracking-link setup and partner reporting — and can show the program's results.

Day-to-day fluency in at least two of: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, Publer, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Comfortable pulling, reading, and presenting platform analytics.

Maintains a live project tracker in Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Linear, or similar — and can demo it during interview.

Detail bar: zero typos, zero broken links, zero wrong tags across the last 6 months of work you can produce as evidence.

Soft-skill non-negotiables: extreme attention to detail, high alertness, anticipation, and active problem-solving.

Available full-time, on-site at the Lahore HQ, with willingness to overlap working hours with US and UK time zones when needed.

Preferred:

Direct exposure to the QA, software testing, DevOps, or cybersecurity industries.

Has personally written or managed paid LinkedIn campaigns with monthly budgets of US$1,000 or more.

Working knowledge of Canva and Figma — enough to brief designers and catch issues before publishing.

Experience coordinating with stakeholders across US, UK, and APAC time zones.

Prior experience supporting a Head of Growth, CMO, or founder directly.

Why This Role?

You will sit close to the people building Kualitatem and Kualitee — partnering daily with the Head of Growth and supporting the C-suite directly. Your words will represent two recognized brands to a global audience of QA, security, and engineering leaders. If you have the writing chops of a brand copywriter and the operational discipline of a senior EA, this role is built for you.

How to Apply?

Send your CV and a short cover note to the Kualitatem People team. Applications must include a portfolio with public proof of previous work — live LinkedIn posts you wrote (links, not screenshots), ad campaigns you authored, brand or executive accounts you've grown (with before/after metrics), community pages you've built, and any G2/Clutch/affiliation outreach campaigns you've run. Applications without verifiable public links will not be reviewed. Shortlisted candidates will complete a brief paid copywriting and operations exercise as part of the process.
