Business Development Executive - Cold Calling

Kualitatem Inc. is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Lahore. This role focuses exclusively on B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the lead generation process, terminologies, and best practices, along with excellent communication skills.
About The Role:
This role focuses on B2B lead generation and cold calling (US market). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in outbound prospecting, particularly through cold calling campaigns, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B lead generation through outbound email marketing, cold calling, and research
- Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns targeting US-based clients
- Identify and research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline for the sales team
- Qualify leads and gather relevant business information
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM systems
- Track, analyze, and report performance of cold calling campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in lead generation
Must-Have Skills:
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation & cold calling (specifically US market)
- Proven experience in running and managing cold calling campaigns
- Hands-on experience with cold calling tools such as Dialpad, Aircall, RingCentral, or similar
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral/accent for US clients preferred)
- Strong research and prospecting skills using LinkedIn and other B2B platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Target-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
