About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across the UAE and wider GCC region. This is a senior client-facing role focused on engaging enterprise technology leaders and closing high-value deals in the IT services and software quality assurance (QA) space.

The ideal candidate is not just a salesperson but a trusted advisor who can confidently engage with CTOs, CIOs, and VP Engineering leaders, understand their challenges, and position tailored solutions that deliver real business value.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across UAE and GCC markets 
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with enterprise and scaling technology companies 
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, VP Engineering level) 
  • Position and sell IT services, software testing, and QA solutions 
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets 
  • Work independently to generate pipeline and close deals without heavy supervision 
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure successful client onboarding 

 

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting 
  • Strong existing professional network within UAE/GCC market 
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals with enterprise clients 
  • Ability to confidently engage senior technical and business decision-makers 
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
