About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across the UAE and wider GCC region. This is a senior client-facing role focused on engaging enterprise technology leaders and closing high-value deals in the IT services and software quality assurance (QA) space.
The ideal candidate is not just a salesperson but a trusted advisor who can confidently engage with CTOs, CIOs, and VP Engineering leaders, understand their challenges, and position tailored solutions that deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across UAE and GCC markets
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with enterprise and scaling technology companies
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, VP Engineering level)
- Position and sell IT services, software testing, and QA solutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
- Work independently to generate pipeline and close deals without heavy supervision
- Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure successful client onboarding
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting
- Strong existing professional network within UAE/GCC market
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals with enterprise clients
- Ability to confidently engage senior technical and business decision-makers
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
