Role Overview About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior AI Developer to join our AI-driven test automation platform. The ideal candidate will contribute to building intelligent systems that generate, validate, and execute test cases across web and mobile platforms, leveraging Generative AI, automation frameworks, and mobile testing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing AI-powered systems for:
  • Automated test execution on web and mobile applications
• Extend existing web-based testing agents to support:
  • Mobile UI interaction using screenshots, view hierarchy (DOM-like structures), and accessibility trees
• Work on GenAI integrations:
  • Prompt engineering for test generation, validation, and debugging
  • Integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
• Build pipelines for:
  • Test execution logging
  • Result validation and reporting
  • AI-based failure analysis and suggested fixes
• Collaborate with backend and QA teams to improve:
  • Test coverage
  • Execution accuracy
  • System scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in:
  • AI/ML, Software Development
• Strong programming skills in:
  • Python (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus

AI / GenAI Skills

• Hands-on experience with:
  • LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
  • Prompt engineering techniques
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts (preferred)
• Understanding of:
  • NLP basics
• DOM structure
• Selectors and dynamic UI handling

Backend & Systems

• Familiarity with:
  • REST APIs (FastAPI preferred)
  • Async processing (Celery, queues – plus)
  • Logging and debugging distributed systems

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with:
  • Browser automation agents 
  • Computer vision for UI understanding (screenshots → actions)
  • Docker / containerized environments
  • Cloud services (AWS/GCP)
