Senior T24 / Temenos Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Temenos Consultant (Migration & Technical) with 10+ years of experience in delivering large-scale core banking transformations. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise across the Temenos product suite, with mandatory hands-on experience in Transact (T24), Infinity, and FCM.

This role requires leading complex migration programs, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple Temenos platforms while maintaining data integrity, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Must Have (Mandatory Requirement)

Candidates must have proven hands-on experience in one of the following:

• Temenos Transact (T24) – Core Banking
• Temenos Infinity – Digital Banking
• Temenos FCM – Financial Crime Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Temenos data migration programs across multiple platforms
• Define and execute enterprise-wide migration strategies
• Manage:
  • Data Mapping (DMS/DMT)
  • Data Extraction, Transformation, Loading (ETL)
  • Data Reconciliation & Validation
• Design and maintain:
  • Migration Strategy Documents
  • Runbooks and execution plans
• Drive integration across Temenos ecosystem, including:
  • Transact (T24)
  • Infinity (Digital Channels)
  • FCM (Compliance & AML)
• Analyze legacy systems and align them with Temenos architecture
• Lead:
  • Mock runs
  • Dress rehearsals
  • Cutover & Go-live activities
• Oversee T24 technical environments, including:
  • COB processing
  • BCON deployment
  • TAFJ/TAFC configuration
  • Performance tuning
• Collaborate with:
  • Business stakeholders
  • Compliance teams
  • IT and architecture teams
• Ensure alignment with:
  • Regulatory standards
  • Data governance policies
  • Security frameworks
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical migration and system issues

  • Customer & Accounts (CASA)
  • Lending & Collateral
  • Term Deposits
  • Payments & Cheques
  • Credit Card lifecycle
  • Past Dues / Loan Management
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Digital banking journeys (Infinity)
  • Financial crime & AML systems (FCM)
  • End-to-end banking ecosystem integration

Technical Skills

• Core Systems: Temenos Transact (T24), TAFJ, TAFC, jBASE, OFS
• Programming: SQL, Python, JavaScript, Infobasic
• Databases: Oracle (19c), SQL Server, MySQL, Redshift
• Platforms: Linux (Red Hat), OpenShift, Temenos Cloud
• Integration: APIs, Middleware, Temenos Integration Framework
• Testing: Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, JMeter
• BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI
• Tools: Jira, TFS, MS Project

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in:
  • Temenos / Core Banking implementations
  • Large-scale data migration programs
• Proven expertise in:
  • Multi-system integration within Temenos ecosystem
  • End-to-end migration and transformation delivery
• Experience with tier-1 banks / international banking clients is highly preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Information Technology or related field
