QA Lead – Agentic AI Platform

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to define and execute the quality strategy for an advanced agentic AI platform that automates the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, correctness, scalability, and safety of the platform, including validation of complex multi-agent workflows. You will operate in a fast-evolving environment where requirements may be incomplete, requiring strong ownership and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Strategy & Governance
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy, quality frameworks, and quality gates for enterprise-grade systems.
- Establish best practices for testing AI-driven and agent-based platforms.
- Drive risk-based testing approaches and ensure coverage of critical business workflows.
Automation & Testing
Design, build, and maintain automated testing pipelines covering:
- Functional and non-functional testing
- Performance and scalability
- Safety and reliability testing
- Develop and manage automated test suites and regression frameworks for platform capabilities and REST APIs.
- Build test harnesses and evaluation systems to validate platform behavior.
Platform Validation
- Ensure correctness, reliability, and backward compatibility of platform releases.
- Validate integrations, APIs, and core runtime components.
- Support testing of multi-agent workflows and AI-generated outputs when required.
Collaboration & Requirements Engineering
Work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to:
- Define acceptance criteria
- Improve testability
- Identify edge cases and failure modes
- Contribute to requirement clarification in environments with evolving or incomplete specifications.
Quality Monitoring & Insights
- Track and analyze quality metrics, providing actionable insights and risk assessments.
- Recommend continuous improvements to enhance platform stability and predictability.
AI & Agentic Validation
- Validate outputs generated by AI agents across SDLC stages (requirements, design, code, test cases).
- Ensure outputs meet standards of accuracy, consistency, and safety.
Technical Requirements
Proven experience testing systems with dynamic or undefined requirements (e.g., rule engines, decision systems, early-stage products).
Strong expertise in:
- Test automation frameworks
- Test harness development
- Evaluation scripting
- Hands-on experience with:
REST API testing
- CI/CD integration for QA pipelines
- Practical exposure to using LLMs or agentic tools in QA, such as:
- Test case generation
- Test data creation
- Exploratory testing acceleration
- Requirements analysis and validation
- Understanding of AI safety and security testing (e.g., prompt injection, adversarial testing, red teaming) is a strong plus.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an EU Citizen
- Based in or willing to work within EU time zones
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setup
