Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Executive to expand our business presence in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in IT services or technology consulting, with strong exposure to the UAE corporate landscape.
This role requires an energetic and enthusiastic professional capable of building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and closing deals in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.).
- Execute outbound sales strategies including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and client visits.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations for QA, Testing, and Information Security services.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, sales forecasting, and reporting discipline.
- Develop strategic relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Track competitor activities and market trends within the UAE IT services ecosystem.
Experience Required
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, QA/Testing, Information Security, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE market.
- Experience selling to enterprise, banking, fintech, telecom, or government sectors is preferred.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Knowledge of UAE procurement processes and vendor onboarding is an advantage.
