Position Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in IT services or technology consulting, with strong exposure to the KSA market.

This role requires an enthusiastic professional who understands local business culture, can build strong client relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, etc.).
  • Drive outbound and field sales activities including cold outreach, client visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a healthy sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct onsite client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Position KUALITATEM’s QA, Testing, Information Security, and Technology Consulting services effectively.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFQs and collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams for solution development.
  • Maintain CRM records, accurate forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Develop long-term relationships to enable repeat business and account expansion.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the Saudi IT services landscape.

Experience Required

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, QA/Testing, Information Security, or Technology Consulting.
  • Proven sales track record in the Saudi market.
  • Experience dealing with enterprise clients, government entities, or large private sector organizations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Saudi procurement and vendor registration processes is advantageous.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus (preferred but not mandatory).
