Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive business growth in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in IT services or technology consulting, with a strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
This role requires a self-driven professional who thrives in a target-oriented environment and can represent KUALITATEM’s service portfolio with confidence and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, industry events).
- Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual & onsite), presentations, and solution discussions.
- Understand client requirements and position QA, Testing, and Information Security services effectively.
- Prepare proposals, RFQs/RFP responses, pricing models, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams for solution alignment.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate sales forecasting.
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and account growth.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
Experience Required
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, QA/Testing, Information Security, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise clients in the U.S. region.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Experience handling complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
