Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience in Corporate Banking, with strong exposure to corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, payments, and collections. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Saudi banks, lenders, and financial institutions. This role requires expertise in corporate financing workflows, credit evaluation, trade operations, cash and payments processing, collections, and SAMA regulatory frameworks. The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to design and implement corporate banking solutions and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for corporate banking products, including corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, payments, and collections.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business owners and stakeholders.
- Document business processes, workflows, and detailed functional requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
- Analyze current-state vs. future-state processes; identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure solutions comply with SAMA regulations, AML/KYC guidelines, and Saudi banking laws.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, UAT cycles, and stakeholder reviews.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Coordinate with QA teams to validate test cases and verify business flows.
- Support configuration of corporate banking products, payment schedules, and collections strategies.

- Knowledge of corporate credit assessment, trade finance workflows, payments processing, and collections operations.
- Design data mappings, workflow logic, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Perform impact analysis, feasibility assessments, and system behavior evaluations.
- Support configuration of corporate products (loan pricing, collateral management, payment schedules, fees).
- Evaluate system enhancements and document technical change requests.
- Assist in testing: functional testing, integration testing, and UAT validation.
- Review technical documentation to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Provide domain guidance to developers, architects, and testers.
Experience Requirements:
- 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience in Corporate Banking or Financial Services.
- Mandatory experience working with Saudi banks or corporate lenders.
- Strong understanding of corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, payments, and collections.
- Familiarity with SAMA regulatory frameworks, AML/KYC compliance, and local banking laws.
- Experience with digital transformation or enterprise system implementation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and hybrid project models.
Certifications (Preferred):
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
