Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience in the Personal and SME Finance domain, with strong exposure to lenders, leasing companies, and financial institutions within Saudi Arabia. This role requires deep expertise in financing life cycles, credit evaluation, origination processes, SAMA regulatory frameworks, and digital transformation in the financial services sector. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to design, refine, and implement financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for different financial products.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business owners.
- Document business processes, workflows, and detailed functional requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
- Analyze current-state vs. future-state processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all solutions align with SAMA regulations, AML/KYC guidelines, and Saudi laws.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, UAT cycles, and stakeholder reviews.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Coordinate with QA teams to validate test cases and verify business flows.

- Experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and related financial platforms.
- Ijarah domain knowledge.
- Design data mappings, workflow logic, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Perform impact analysis, feasibility assessments, and system behavior evaluations.
- Support configuration of leasing products (pricing, residual value management, fee structure, payment schedules).
- Evaluate system enhancements and document technical change requests.
- Assist in testing: functional testing, integration testing, and UAT validation.
- Review technical documentation to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Provide domain guidance to developers, architects, and testers.
Experience Requirements
- 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience in Financial Services.
- Mandatory experience working with Saudi lenders, leasing companies, or banks.
- Strong understanding of financing workflows, credit assessment, collections, and asset management.
- Experience with Finnone platform
- Experience with SAMA regulatory frameworks, AML/KYC compliance, and local financial processes.
- Demonstrated involvement in digital transformation or enterprise system implementation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and hybrid project models.
Certification:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
