About the Role:
We are looking for an Executive Digital Designer responsible for the complete design process: defining requirements, visualizing concepts, and creating high-quality graphics such as illustrations, logos, layouts, product designs, and photographs.
You will shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and other media. The ideal candidate should have a creative flair, strong design skills, and experience working on products, with the ability to translate requirements into compelling visual designs. The goal of this role is to inspire and attract the target audience through impactful visual communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Study design briefs and determine project requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas
Develop illustrations, logos, product designs, and other graphics using software or by hand
Select appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs
Test graphics across various media platforms
Amend designs based on feedback
Ensure final graphics, layouts, and product designs are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in graphic, visual communication, or product design, including work on any product-related design
Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, product designs, or other graphic work
Proficiency with design software and tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Education:
Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Product Design, or a related field
