About the Role:
The Executive Digital Designer will be responsible for the complete design process, including defining requirements, visualizing concepts, and creating high-quality graphics such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.
You will shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and other media. The ideal candidate should have a creative flair, strong design skills, and the ability to translate requirements into compelling visual designs. The goal of this role is to inspire and attract the target audience through impactful visual communication.
Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine project requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
- Select appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs
- Test graphics across various media platforms
- Amend designs based on feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in graphic or visual communication design
- Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic work
- Familiarity with design software and tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
- Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Education:
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
