Position Summary
The QA Lead is responsible for defining and governing quality assurance strategy while leading the QA team to ensure delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality products. This role directly contributes to business success by embedding quality across the software development lifecycle and enabling predictable, risk-managed releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage QA engineers to ensure consistent quality outcomes.
- Review and approve test plans, test cases, and release readiness criteria.
- Oversee execution of functional, regression, integration, and UAT activities.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to align quality objectives with delivery goals.
- Track QA metrics, defect trends, and release quality indicators, and report to stakeholders.
- Ensure test coverage, risk mitigation, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes, tools, and automation.
- Own QA sign-off for releases and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.

- Experience in web, mobile, API, and system integration testing
