Kualitatem is seeking an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on recruitment experience, exposure to international hiring (especially the Gulf region), and a passion for building high-performing teams through strategic talent acquisition.
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
Handle local and international hiring, including Gulf region recruitment
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Optimize recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports for data-driven decisions
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment
Proven experience in international hiring (Gulf region preferred)
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
