Position Summary

Kualitatem seeks an experienced Service Delivery Manager - Temenos T24 to build and lead our T24 ecosystem. This strategic role reports directly to the CEO and will establish Kualitatem as a trusted T24 implementation and consulting partner while expanding our current testing capabilities into full-scale functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

• Develop and execute Kualitatem's T24 service roadmap covering implementation, functional consulting, and QA
• Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, and Temenos ecosystem partners
• Lead proposal development, solution architecture, and client presentations
• Assist in business development to secure T24 projects

Practice Development & Capability Building

• Establish T24 functional and technical capabilities
• Design training programs to upskill teams on T24 modules
• Develop standardized methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators for T24 delivery
• Create knowledge repositories and reusable assets
• Mentor functional consultants, business analysts, and QA specialists

Service Delivery & Project Management

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of T24 implementation, upgrade, and support projects
• Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, BPR, and solution design
• Manage delivery teams across functional, technical, and QA workstreams
• Ensure delivery excellence through governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication

Quality Assurance Enhancement

• Enhance Kualitatem's T24 testing capabilities with comprehensive test strategies
• Develop T24-specific test automation frameworks
• Establish quality gates aligned with banking industry standards
