Kualitatem Inc. is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Lahore. This role focuses exclusively on B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the lead generation process, terminologies, and best practices, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct B2B lead generation through outbound email marketing and research
Identify and research target companies, industries and decision-makers
Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline for the sales team
Qualify leads and collect relevant business information
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies
Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM systems
Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation progress
Stay informed about industry trends, tools and best practices in lead generation
Must-Have Skills
1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation (flexible for strong profiles)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of lead generation processes and terminologies
Strong research and prospecting skills using LinkedIn and other B2B tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Target-driven, proactive and detail-oriented mindset
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
