Job Overview:
We are looking for a Functional Test Engineer with strong manual testing expertise and hands-on experience working with Salesforce-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing across multiple integrated systems.
Perform functional and manual testing with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.
Conduct end-to-end integration testing involving external systems, APIs, marketing tools, and learning/training platforms.
Work with LMS, sales enablement, and content management platforms to validate functionality and user experience.
Utilize test management tools and perform basic API testing while following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4+ years of software testing experience, preferably with Salesforce-based applications.
Solid understanding of integration testing and multi-system workflows.
Familiarity with API testing, test tools, and Agile practices.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage tasks efficiently.
