About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager with a solid background in Quality Assurance (QA) to lead and oversee the successful delivery of software quality services and solutions. The role requires a strong combination of leadership, client management, and QA expertise to ensure services meet business needs, exceed client expectations, and align with industry best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage service delivery for QA projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing requirements, concerns, and escalations.

  • Define, implement, and monitor QA processes, test strategies, and best practices across projects.

  • Manage QA teams (manual & automation) and ensure effective resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, DevOps, and Product Management to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality metrics.

  • Drive process improvements, test automation adoption, and continuous quality enhancements.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in all QA deliverables.

  • Mentor, train, and develop QA engineers to build a high-performing team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/service delivery role.

  • Proven experience in test management, QA methodologies, and automation frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.

  • Hands-on knowledge of QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Jenkins, TestNG, Cypress, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
