About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Inside Sales to lead our inside sales function with a strong emphasis on email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads and driving revenue growth through targeted email campaigns, sales automation, and data-driven strategies within the IT services industry. This is a hands-on role requiring direct involvement in campaign execution, process optimization, and sales performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing & Outreach
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Create targeted prospect lists and personalized outreach strategies. Leverage tools such as ZapMail, Instantly, and Smartlead for campaign automation and tracking.
- Continuously test subject lines, templates, and sequences to improve open and conversion rates.
2. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to IT services and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach campaigns with brand messaging.
3. Sales Performance & Pipeline Management
- Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, response rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility.
- Optimize lead qualification and nurturing processes to shorten the sales cycle.
4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Engage directly with prospects via email and calls to understand requirements.
- Nurture long-term relationships and ensure smooth handover to account management teams.
- Address customer queries and concerns to build trust and loyalty.
5. Process Optimization & Tools
- Streamline and automate sales workflows to improve efficiency.
- Ensure CRM systems and sales tools are fully utilized for lead tracking and reporting.
- Regularly review campaign performance and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (foreign qualification preferred).
- 7+ years of proven experience in inside sales with strong email marketing focus.
- Hands-on expertise in ZapMail, Instantly, Smartlead, and CRM tools.
- Strong copywriting and campaign execution skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and sales data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.
